Phase 1 of the Mayland Yards Business Park was completed in the fall of 2020 and established itself as premier location for small to mid-sized businesses. The 50,000 SF light industrial building is home to 20 individual units, each with its own individually fenced storage yard.

ICM stripped the former warehouse down to the superstructure and completely redeveloped the property with new materials.
