ICM acted as the landlord’s representative to support the fit-up of a 12,700 SF office/lab flex space for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

CFIA is a federal agency dedicated to safeguarding food, animals, and plants, which enhances the health & well-being of Canada`s people, environment & economy. The new CFIA office space features an activity-based workplace accommodating about 105 employees, inspection rooms and a small warehouse component. The project is located in the Edmonton Research Park Building and aims to achieve BOMA BEST Silver certification.

ICM acted as the landlord’s representative to coordinate with Synergy Projects, the project's general contractor; satisfy government reporting and delivery expectations; and support the development of administrative requirements of the building owner.
