The industrial building was completed in May 2022 as a single-tenant facility, designed for both manufacturing and distribution uses. The project is home to Doka Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of international construction firm Doka GmbH, with locations across 70 countries. The Calgary facility will run the company’s Western Canadian manufacturing, maintenance, and distribution operations.

The industrial development project is in the Point Trotter submarket in Southeast Calgary with access to major arterial roads, including Glenmore Trail and Stoney Trail. Upon completion, the property will include 6,000 SF of office space, 28’ clear ceiling height, five overhead doors, and one 24’ x 20.5’ folding door servicing a ten-tonne crane system with a bridge extending into the yard.
